Individual counselling sessions are 60 minutes and $140 per session.

Appointments are available in person in Christchurch, with early morning, daytime and evening options. Online appointments are also available.

You don’t need to know how many you’ll need before you begin. Some people come for a single conversation, others return for a period of time, and some choose one of our structured packages.
